Pilotfuelprices.com has made it easy.  There is no annual contract just a monthly agreement. Once registered on our site, FBOs can post their fuel prices and applicable ramp fees.  If for some reason an FBO no longer wants to participate in this monthly agreement, an authorized representative of that FBO may terminate this agreement as stated below.  By listing prices on pilotfuelprices.com, a person or persons representing FBOs agree to the terms sort forth as in the terms listed below.

Subscription Terms

I (we) understand and agree that pilotfuelprices.com has no nor takes no responsiblity for prices posted by me or by one of our company representatives.  We also agree to update our fuel prices and applicabe ramp fees,  by no later than 12:00 pm each Wednesday of each week as long as we are registered to list prices on pilotfuelprices.com . 

Advertising Terms

I (we) have entered into agreement with CP Aircraft Services to advertise on Pilotfuelprices.com.  All advertising contracts are  twelve month terms. Default of this contract will constitute the termination of the banner ad(s) on pilotfuelprices.com web site and the remaining balance of the twelve month contract is to be paid in full at the time of the termination, or can be continued as per the original agreement until after the twelfth month for the original contract agreement. 

Credit Card Statement for Advertising

Your major credit card statement will show a charge from CP Aircraft Services.  Pilotfuelprices.com is a division of CP Aircraft Services.  We hope this saves any confusion on your credit card statement.
