Pilotfuelprices.com has a built in Safeguard system that helps FBOs keep their fuel prices current. Reminder emails will be sent out every Tuesday to all pilotfuelprices.com members to update fuel prices. Prices that are not updated with in 24 hours of this email will not show under that FBO listing.  The FBO listing will still be shown, but will not list fuel prices until prices are updated.  Once the prices are updated, those prices will be listed until the next Tuesday. New reminder emails will be sent out, at which time prices will need to be updated again. Fuel prices need to be updated even if the prices have not changed. This continual cycle keeps prices accurate, protects FBOs from claims of  "Bait and Switch," or false advertising, and it keeps customers up to date. 

We also offer a Weekly Showcase Window for FBOs.  This window appears on the FBO's page just under the Volume Discount table.  We want to help FBOs advertise any upcoming events or showcase any specials they may be having that week.  So  FBOs when you are updating your fuel prices, take advantage of your Weekly Showcase Window.
